Initial assessments must be carried out prior to any treatment. It is also a requirement to obtain veterinary referral prior to treatment but I will guide you through this quick and easy process. Physiotherapy sessions tend to last between 45mins to an hour, depending on the animal and their reason for referral.

 

All services are included in physiotherapy sessions:

• Rehabilitation plans

• Massage: sports massage, trigger point therapy

• Electrotherapy treatment: class 3b laser therapy, pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, TENS, heat therapy

• Kinesio taping

• Remedial exercise e.g. cavaletti, wobble cushion

 

Sessions can be home/ yard visits or bookings can be made at my canine clinic at Orchard Kennels in Rainham or Kent and Medway Hydrotherapy in Chattenden. There is a cancellation fee of £35 for less than 48 hours notice.

Mobile Visits

I cover all ME post codes and some TN / DA post codes. Travel costs are included for locations up to 10 miles by road from ME8 0GX. Additional travel costs apply for further locations (see below).

10-15 miles from ME8 0GX = £3

Over 15 miles from ME8 0GX = £5
